Although primarily grown as an ornamental plant for its dark red leaves, Bulls Blood Beet is now mildly used in baby leaf salads. It provides almost crimson colour leaves with a sweet taste to add to any salad. Seed Count: 80 WHEN TO SOW April to October WHERE TO SOW Outdoors in shallow drills in a sunny position. Cover lightly with soil and keep well watered in dry weather. Sow throughout the season for a regular crop. HARVEST This is a cut-and-come-again crop.
