Beta vulgaris Cylindrical variety with smooth dark red roots up to 20cm long. Tender and sweet flavour. Cylindra beetroot is the perfect variety for bottling sliced beetroot becaus e it doesn't get to big making the slices the perfect size. Popular root vegetable, fast growing, bi-annual, easy to grow.
