The roots are slightly smaller in size than Red Ace variety but have better consistency of root size and shape. Beetroot ORBIT can be harvested as loose roots and is also suitable for bunching due to the strong tops which are erect inhabit and of mid-height. The roots are deep purple/red in colour throughout the internal flesh.
