(generously pac ked — you’ll receive a bit more, never pay for box weight). Picked fresh at peak ripeness in the early morning for unbeatable flavor and quality. Uniform size for easy processing — add requests like “bread and butter size” in your order notes. Same-day pickup: You’ll receive a call as we weigh and box your order to arrange immediate pickup at our market stand. Note your availability: Let us know in your order notes if there are days you can’t pick up, so we can plan accordingly. Mother Nature leads: Orders are filled in the order received, depending on daily harvest conditions. Field Run: Some produce, like beets, are sold as “field run” — freshly dug, topped, and unwashed.
