Dip potato cutlet in a beaten egg and fry directly from freezer (If there is some ice on the cutlet, thaw for a few minutes to allow ice to melt)3. Fry both sides for about 2 to 3 min in total, until golden brown. Air fry/Bake:1. Place potato cutlet in air fryer or oven without thawing2. Drizzle some cooking oil over potato cutlet3. Cook at 200°C for about 10 to 15 min until crispy and golden brown.*Note: Air frying/Baking will not produce the exact outcome as normal frying.
