The guide includes: 4 months workout plan 4 days/3 days split as options Focus on building strength and volume Videos and ”step-by-step” notes for every exercise ”Information” page with questions, answers and guidance Community access(discussions/questions/motivation) Note: The workouts in this plan changes ever fourth week.
