Learn how to use your knife safely and efficiently. In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of using a kitchen knife. Our instructor will demonstrate how to set up an efficient workspace, and show you how to grip and cut with your knife. You will then be guided through slicing, dicing, and oblique cuts on carrots, onions, celery, and herbs, with tips on how to apply these techniques to other ingredients.
