Each workshop spans three sessions held on consecutive weeks, starting from your first class date. All sessions meet at the same time each week, and the class fee covers the full three-session series. After you register, we’ll send you an email with several pattern options to choose from. No need to print anything—just pick the design you love. You’ll get your actual printed pattern when you arrive for the first class. Intermediate Stained Glass Workshop (18 and older please) Welcome back! This class is designed for students who have already completed our Beginner Workshop and are ready to take the next step. Since you’re familiar with the tools and the process, you’ll be working on a more challenging piece—still within the same session format, but with a fun new level of skill-building. ______________________________________________________________________ Info for both classes: You don’t need to bring any tools; we’ve got everything ready for you. Just remember to wear closed-toe shoes, and if your hair is long, please tie it back for safety. Although all tools are provided, we sell glass pieces in the shop. This saves you time by not having to purchase glass prior to the class. We can’t wait to create something beautiful with you! 🌟 Note: if you don’t receive an email with the design options, please check your spam folder. If there is nothing in spam, please email [email protected] A minimum of 2 students is required for the class to take place. This does not mean you need to purchase two seats—just that at least two people total must be registered. If the minimum isn’t met, we’ll contact you with options to reschedule or receive a refund. Stained Glass Class No-Refund Policy All stained glass classes are non-refundable once booked. By registering for a class, you are reserving a dedicated seat in a small, artist-led workshop. Because class sizes are intentionally limited, a cancellation often leaves an unfillable opening, which results in a direct loss of income for the teaching artist as well as unused materials and studio time. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or missed classes, regardless of the reason. Rescheduling Option We understand that life happens. If you are unable to attend, you may request to reschedule into a future stained glass class provided that: You notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time Space is available in the alternate class The request is made one time per registration Rescheduled classes must be completed within 90 days of the original class date. If no suitable future date is available, the registration is forfeited. By signing up for a stained glass class, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
