Beginner Hand-Building Workshop: A Fun and Creative Experience Perfect for beginners or those looking for a hands-on, creative activity, this workshop will guide you through the basics of hand-building. You’ll craft your own mugs, bowls, or plates using tools like rolling pins, slip, and a banding wheel. Please note: This class does not include wheel-throwing techniques. Please note that all class times are listed in Vancouver Time (Pacific Time). Please double-check the time difference before booking or attending your class. New Class: Wabi-Sabi hand building matcha bowl Each participant can take home one finished matcha bowl and one tea cup; additional pieces are $17.5 each Session Details: Duration: 2 hours Unlimited clay provided for use Each participant can take home one finished piece; additional pieces are $17.5 each Experience the Process:Your ceramic pieces will dry slowly in a controlled environment before undergoing their first firing (bisque fire). We’ll then glaze your work with care and send it for the second firing (glaze fire). This process takes up to 4 weeks. If you haven’t heard from us after 3 weeks, don’t hesitate to reach out.
