New cable knitters will learn a few appealing, beginner-friendly skills:* How to make a cable twist by crossing stitches.* How to follow simple cable instructions or abbreviations.* How to use a cable needle to hold stitches safely.* How to read the direction of a cable, such as front or back crossings.* How to keep their cables neat and even as they knit. *Please bring a 4" square swatch, any weight to the class and a cable needle.
