This class is for anyone who HASN'T learned how to isolate and rotate their chest and hips. In this 15 minute session, we get straight to the point, covering the coordination of ch est rotations, how to stretch the necessary muscles, and what to focus on. We then learn how to rotate the hips while keeping the upper body still. We’ll drill chest and hip rolls for several minutes and discuss the importance of flexibility and upper-body stretching for achieving full mobility. I plan to release an advanced chest and hips class in the future, but I wanted to get this beginner class out first! Enjoy :) Show more
