This new two tools in one originally was the concept of Neil Kamimura to hold an intergal knife with flat sides therefore that is why his name is alongside mine. I added a few thin gs that added features like clearance to tilt the blade to grind various angles and also by reversing the bars this can be used fo grind flat blades. The custom made carbide plates are secured by screws. This does replace the vee bar integral guide. Distance between the screws is 2 3/4”. With the standard screws are opening for the integral is 7/8” and 3/8” for flat blades. Show more
