Severance is a classic Belgian Witbier with an eccentric, Aether-inspired twist. Flowing with a jammy-orange citrus glow, the senses are filled with star anise, coriander and citru s with a funky, Earthy undertone hidden in the depths. Sipping gives flavours of orange, peach and mellow Earthiness, thanks to a generous addition of orange zest and Manjimup black truffle.
