In this hands-on class, you'll learn techniques for preparing a menu of traditional Roman favorites, from crispy fried artichokes to the iconic Saltimbocca alla Romana. It's a delicious way to experience one of Italy's most beloved culinary regions without leaving Tallahassee. Menu: Crispy Fried Artichoke Hearts with Lemon Aioli, Saltimbocca alla Romana (Chicken Cutlet with Prosciutto and Sage), Herbed Orzo, Sautéed Spinach, and Amarena Cherry Tiramisu. 📌 Class Info & Policies – Doors open at 6:00 PM. Chilled water is provided; we offer glassware and corkscrews for your convenience.– Parking: Please do not block the driveway to the left of our house (Airbnb access). Parking is available in our circle drive, on the street, in front of the brick area, or at the preschool lot next door.– Reservations are non-refundable. An email confirmation will be sent at the time of booking—check your spam folder if you don't see it. Class seating will be based on when your reservation is received. Menu subject to change based on market availability of ingredients. All classes have a minimum and maximum participation number. From November to March, our calendar is primarily reserved for private events and seasonal personal chef services with Chef Jessica. Classes are typically demonstration-style, unless otherwise noted.
