An excellent example of the unusual and ancient Bellone variety from the high quality Cincinnato cooperative of growers. The winery is in Cori in the foothills of the Lepini mounta ins, an hour's drive south of Rome, with access to 550 hectares of vines almost a fifth of which are farmed organically.
