This is my take on the house blend. It will change over time as coffees come and go, it will never be just another “normal” blend but it’ll always be a crowd pleaser. Version 1 is a blend of Timor, Cristo Liurai washed coffee and Burundi, Kibingo natural processed coffee, so expect some classic coffee flavours with a slight background fruitiness and some complexity coming from the natural process.
