Mythmaker is a non-alcoholic pilsner from Toronto's Bellwoods Brewery, brewed in collaboration with Burial. Dry-hopped with Tettnanger, it opens with soft notes of dried wildflower and a faint, refined spice on the nose. The palate is lean and crisp, built on a clean malt base that finishes dry with snappy carbonation. Light, precise, and refreshing, this is a pilsner that takes the category seriously. Bellwoods built Mythmaker on the same ingredients, yeast strains, and standards behind their NA Jelly King and Stay Classy, then stripped it back into a lighter frame. No heavy hops masking the base, just clean malt character, careful technique, and a single-minded focus on drinkability. Luminous straw gold in the glass with a bright white head, it drinks like a premium ultra-pale lager, familiar and easy, but considered at every step.
