How to Wrap: Step by Step Thread the loop once. One end of the wrap has a fabric loop built in. Feed the other end through it, just once, and pull it snug against your side at your natural waistline. This is your starting anchor, without it the band has nothing to hold onto and will just fall as you try to wrap it. Wrap freestyle from there. Once anchored, there's no fixed pattern to follow.
