Antioxidant level: Medium Caffeine level: Medium Small batch blended and packaged in Canada. Store in a cool, dark and dry place. Steeping Instructions: Bring filtered and/or fresh cold water to a full, rolling boil. Put 1/2 to 1 tea heart into a tea bag, infuser, or cup. Pour boiling water over tea. Cover and let steep for 4 - 5 minutes according to taste. For stronger tea, increase the steeping time. Strain tea leaves from water.
