Included with my Lap Joint Box project kit and oval box kit. You need to order this separately for the Jointed Frame and Dovetail Tray kits. A bench hook makes everything safer and easier. It acts as backstop for chisel cuts and for sawing. This kit comes with everything you need to make one yourself, and link to step-by-step video instructions is included. I use exactly the same bench hook in my workshop. The shallow depth is handy for using with Japanese chisels and the birch and beech components are nice and dense so they wear well. If you are making my Dovetail Tray Project Kit or Jointed Picture Frame Kit but haven't got the bench hook from the Lap Joint Box kit, this is what you need. Also great if you just need a flippin' bench hook to work on!
