A curvy mug that has rich, warm tones. This Snowflex glaze has a semi-gloss finish. The mug is made using speckled cream stoneware clay. Approximately 13oz. Handmade with earthenware clay on the potters wheel. Items are water tight and are intended for every-day in both hot and cold uses and should be durable in most circumstances. Your pottery is Microwave, Oven, and Dishwasher safe. However, keep in mind that when pottery is exposed quickly to extreme temperature changes like taking a vessel from the freezer into a heated oven, or a hot item and putting it in a snow bank etc., cracking will occur. Do not expose pottery to an open flame or set it on a hot stovetop burner. Again, drastic change in heat causes cracking. Each piece is made with love and is a blend of repeating similar processes as many other potters and finding my own way of creating. Please keep in mind that no two pottery pieces are the same, there will be slight inconsistencies in glazes, shape, handle, etc. This just means that each item is indeed handmade! If you order more than one of the same style piece, I will certainly try to pick the most alike ones, however if you would like to see a photo of what has been chosen, please let me know!
