Native to fast-flowing rivers in India and Bangladesh, this loach is energetic, intelligent, and constantly on the move. Best kept in groups, Bengal Loaches are social and entertaining, often forming playful hierarchies within the school. They are also excellent snail eaters, making them a popular choice for planted and community aquariums with pest snail issues.
