Benjamin Paz is a visionary producer, roaster, and exporter who has shaped the specialty coffee landscape of Santa Barbara, Honduras. His farm, La Salsa, perched high in the mounta ins, produces award-winning Gesha, a reflection of both its Panamanian heritage and the distinct volcanic terroir of the region. Benjamin has twice won the Cup of Excellence, first in 2022 and again in 2024. This is his celebrated, COE-winning anaerobic washed Gesha—now split between Black & White, Onyx, Verve, and Proud Mary Coffee Roasters. Each of us has roasted our share and collaborated to create this special box set. The set includes four 2 oz tins of Benjamin’s Gesha, for a total of 8 oz of this exceptional coffee, one offering from each of the four roasters.
