Content : 700ml 除了之前提過的Benromach Core Range 同每年出小量Batch的Cask Strength外, 今次帶來一支Single Cask。Benromach 經歷幾次執笠重建, 最後1993年被G&M收購, 希望可以做返佢地認為既傳統Speyside風味 - 重視果味之外亦帶輕煙燻泥煤。而呢支2019年的Single Cask #40, 屬蒸餾廠當地獨有版本, 依然仲係用緊當年的舊Design, 繼續用佢地強調的1st fill桶去熟成。P.S. 對Benromach 有興可以去佢官網睇下佢地既生產簡介, 有process既介紹同短片P.S. 雖然在WB得到88.25分 (6 votes as at 2021.2.20), 但由於太少人投嘅關係, 所以只能給大家參考下就算了 Online tasting note for reference:Nose: Cooked apple and caramel, cinnamon and oak char, with heaps of red fruit.Palate: Black pepper, Medjool dates and toffee apple, with a delicate hint of smoke alongside fruitcake.Finish: Waxy orange peel appears alongside ginger and dark chocolate biscuits.
