The Benson Amps - Germanium Boost is a result of the research put into their popular Germanium Fuzz, which was discarded for that build and just happens to be the perfect solution for a boost. Utilizing a voltage controlled error correcting circuit, this linear clean boost delivers a clear, almost sweetened tone, that doesn't so much color your sound as it does make it sound like a mastered guitar track. There's hints of compression there, but in a very tasteful way that doesn't limit your expression or playing.
