A sparkling Chenin Blanc from the Loire, made in tiny amounts that blows people’s mind. The deliciousness of this wine, its appeal, its balance. The 2020 is slightly off dry. There is a bit of residual sugar which has proven to be immensely appealing. We have served this wine a lot, and people love it. Vincent’s wines are expressive, well-crafted and easy to gulp down. Vincent Bergeron is a winemaker based in Montlouis-sur-Loire who also holds degrees in art history and literature. He manages a tiny, 2.6-hectare biodynamic estate and is part of a fiercely independent, exciting community of young vignerons who are pushing the boundaries of what Chenin Blanc can do.
