Long-lasting and thoughtfully made, each candle is designed to bring a sense of place into your space. Available in two sizes to fit any setting. NOTE: Due to the organic nature of coconut-apricot crème wax, each handcrafted candle may differ slightly in terms of texture and appearance. CANDLE CARE: Trim the wick to 1/4" before you light the candle. Trimming the wicks prior to each use will help prevent black smoke and keep the container from overheating. Wick trimmers are the best way to trim your candles. To get the best results from your candle, burn until the wax melts completely across the top creating a "melt pool." This will allow your candle to burn properly and maximize the burn time of the candle. Candle should not burn for more than 3 hours per burn cycle. When you extinguish your candle, it is best to use a candle snuffer in order to prevent hot wax from splattering on you or your surface top. In order for the candle to look its best, it is important to keep the container clean. Allow the candle to completely cool, trim the wicks, remove wick debris and wipe the black residue (soot) with a damp cotton pad with soap and water. Do not pour hot wax down the drain, it will certainly clog your pipes. CANDLE SAFETY: Don't place your candle in a drafty place. This will cause your candle to burn faster. If candle flame gets too high, extinguish the candle, allow it to cool and trim the wick. When 1/2" (10 mm) of wax remains in the container, discontinue use of the candle. Always keep out of reach of children and pets. Never move a lit candle. Candle should be placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Never leave a lit candle unattended. Container may become hot. Store candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Failure to follow instructions could result in fire, hazard, and/or injury.
