The use of high-quality materials makes the inserts very strong and protects the surface when quilting with metallic yarns and cords. The three inserts with hole diameters of 1.4, 1.8, and 2.2 mm are suitable for thin, medium, and thick cords.Important: The inserts extend the foot (+3.5 mm). So that there is no conflict with the stitch plate, the height of the foot should be set to the minimum (from 4 mm to 0 mm) prior to installing the foot via the dial.
