Our Red Berry is a blend of our London dry with Elderflower, Strawberry, Raspberry and Blackcurrant for a vibrant fruity Gin. We produce our own neutral spirit, which is triple dis tilled in our copper pot still Twmpa. The finest hand blended 12 botanicals, Gwatkin’s Herefordshire apples and Brecon mineral rich water go into all of our gins, supporting local whenever we can. An optimum maceration time combined with vapour infusion and a slow distillation process allows us to produce this silky-smooth fruity premium Gin.
