Perfect for crafting berry mojitos, spritzers, or gin-based cocktails, this infusion delivers a vibrant, fruit-forward flavour that’s as refreshing as it is indulgent. Carefully curated and hand crafted in small batches we have put together some unique flavour profiles for your Cocktails. Don't need a jar? Skip it and order the sachet - just pop that in your vessel top with spirit of choice! Each jar holds a mickey 12oz. Pour alcohol into Cocktail Mate jar. Tighten lid and leave it alone for 24-72 hours. Longer if you want to intensify flavours. Once you reach desired infusion levels, strain and disguard ingredients (or Infuse again but flavour may be less exciting) and pour alcohol back into jar or original bottle. It's ready! Use as you would your regular alcohol in a Cocktail- use 1-2 shots per cocktail and add mix.
