The Sassi Chiusi, whose name derives from the characteristic stony soil that unites all the company's vineyards, is what in France would be called the "second vin". The only wine t hat represents the company in its totality being produced from grapes coming from all three vineyards: Bertinga, Adine and Vertine. The greater simplicity compared to the "big brother", the Bertinga, is the strong point of a wine that lends itself to a wide and heterogeneous range of combinations and occasions for drinking.
