Are you here too soon? Let’s have a conversation and make sure we get your order just right. The process starts with you filling in a form to tell us your requirements. All agreed and good to go? Great! We are delighted you are buying a cake through us. Simply click on the agreed price to your right to add your product to your basket and proceed to checkout. For ease of reference, please cut and paste the agreed text from your email exchange with your My Baker representative into the text box indicated. E.g. “Enquiry #4001 – 10" and 8" two tier cake, black icing with gold drip. Agreed with Mark” Note that once your order is received, it will be immediately allocated to a baker who will start the process of sourcing ingredients and preparing to make your cake. We have also invested time and effort into ensuring we get your cake right, which is all part of the service. Therefore, regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds should you later change your mind. Please note delivery charges are added on checkout and will be as agreed with your cake concierge.
