The Beta wolf sits second in command to the Alpha, but that doesn’t mean it’s second best. The Alpha relies heavily on the Beta to keep the pack safe and well balanced. Wolfpack’s Beta Blend is a slightly lighter roast than the Alpha Blend. It shares a lot of similarities with the Alpha, being full bodied and complex but like with wolves, has its own defined role in our range. In our cafe, we use Beta Blend for non milk based coffees. Long Black, Espresso, Macchiato. That’s not to say it won’t stand up well if you choose to add milk, it’s just not quite as assertive as Alpha. Show more
