Generally, people are attacked to very specific things, shiny things, objects of a familiar shape, items that generally give you the comfort that the world is a neat and proper place. Items that fit perfectly in places they weren't designed for are super satisfying. Other people find themselves attracted to the odd and mundane, they find odd shapes to match the chaos of the world. Arizona's UGLY isn't a block that doesn't fit in the peg hole, they could be more like the object that lies in many places, or a vector, or a four-dimensional image.The band plays a heavy detuned sludge metal sticky with riffs and seething with angry noise slithering in the undertone. Think of the first time you heard SKINNY PUPPY and how hard it was to break apart the elements that were stitched together. The band breaks for periods to give a good repetitive riff only to break back into noisy uproar again.
