It DOES NOT include a breeching or breast collar. Stain Would you like your panniers stained? Just leave us a note in the comments and we'll stain them the same color as the saddles. There a $30 fee and we'll email you an invoice. Sizing Guidelines The Beer Steer™ system is currently designed for Highland cattle measuring approximately 40 inches or less at the shoulder. For larger Highland cattle, a larger 18" pack saddle may provide a better fit and improved weight distribution. If you are unsure which size is best for your animal, we are happy to help guide you.
