6 YEAR PEACH & NECTARINE WILD ALE (5.8% ABV) THE LOW DOWN Introducing BEYOND PEACH, a 6-year oak-ripened wild ale that sat on whole peaches & nectarines preserving the integrity of the fruit whilst unlocking all its beautiful character. This wild ale has gently developed over time (6+ years) allowing complex barrel and fruit character to layer and deepen along with our native resident microbes which give this beer a natural acidity that lifts the drinking experience and demands another sip. Wow! BREWERS NOTES This was a fruited wild ale that was literally forgotten at the back of a bunch if barrels, back in 2015 we put fresh halved Peaches & Nectarines into a bunch of barrels and allowed the fruit to slowly infuse over the years without giving it too much attention. Amazingly when we emptied the barrels, the fruit that came out was perfectly preserved and went well with some fresh natural yoghurt!
