Beyond the Basics Patchwork Quilting Class in Neutral Bay, Sydney The aim of this class is to enjoy the creative process of patchwork and quilting in a welcoming environment. It is for the sewer who has made a Patchwork Quilt and is now looking to further their skill set. The classroom is a large, well lit space, with plenty of natural light and room to lay out your project. Bring a new pattern or a current project you would like some assistance with. You may wish to design your own patchwork quilt in this class, with the assistance of Catherine. A sewing machine is available for use in the class room and you are welcome to bring your own machine to class. For those who do not have a sewing machine, this quilt is very easily constructed by hand piecing (Catherine’s preferred method) making it a very portable project!
