A Three-Morning Retreat for Parents of Neurodivergent Children When so much of your energy goes into supporting someone else, it can become difficult to hear yourself. The appointments. The forms. The advocacy. The planning. The constant thinking ahead. The invisible load that so few people truly understand. Along the way, many parents discover that they have become expert at meeting everyone else's needs while quietly setting their own aside. Beyond the Caring is a three-morning retreat designed to create space for you. A chance to step away from responsibilities for a few hours, reconnect with yourself, reflect on where you are now, and explore what you need for the next chapter of your own life. Held in my cabin in Georgeham, North Devon, this small-group retreat combines thoughtful coaching, meaningful conversation and practical reflection with the support of others who understand the unique realities of parenting neurodivergent children.
