This single origin El Salvadoran medium roast really fits the name. It begins with a velvety body with notes of dutch chocolate, roasted nuts and a shimmer of mild acidity. As these flavors settle pleasantly on the palate like a stage curtain, another flavor begins to shine through. The mild acidity carries through as a hint of fruity sweetness emerges, giving an aftertaste that reminds me of a Terry's Chocolate Orange or chocolate coated dried fruit.
