The E61 group head — the industry's most trusted and enduring brew group — is powered by a thermosiphonic hydraulic circulation system that continuously cycles hot water between the boiler and the group. The result is a group head that sits at stable, optimal brew temperature from the moment it reaches temperature, maintaining consistency across every extraction without any intervention from the barista. Rotary Pump — Silent, Smooth, Unrestricted The Sole is fitted with a 70L/h rotary pump — a specification found on professional commercial machines, not prosumer ones.
