How to prepare: Method A Slowly simmer (98°C, 208°F) in the frozen unopened package for 15 minutes or until fully cooked. The frozen meatballs will lower the water temperature, so it is best to ensure the water reaches 98°C before starting the timer. *Note the product label may become unreadable. Method B Defrost the package, remove from the package and place into simmering water (98°C, 208°F) for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
