4 ports Bundle-imaging Fluorescence Mini Cube (BFMC4) features 2 excitation ports with LED light sources, one detector port with CMOS sensor, and a sample port with SMA fiber optic receptacle for fiber bundle. It combines GCaMP's isosbestic excitation with 400-410, 410-420, 421-433, or 433-445 nm light and fluorescence excitation with 460-490nm light. The CMOS 500-550nm detection window records both isosbestic and functional fluorescence signals. The separation of these signals is possible when their excitation signals are interleaved.
