Some weapons lay down such tremendous firepower that they devastate a larger area than normal artillery. For those weapons we have the Salvo template. You can also also use the Sal vo Template as a normal Artillery Template Artillery and aircraft are not precision weapons. Their shells and bombs blanket a wide area, possibly wiping out dozens of the enemy at a time.
