Series 2-1/2 AB three-piece all bronze booster pumps are used for domestic, potable water. 2-1/2 pumps are oil-lubricated with a 1/4 HP, 1725 RPM, 115v, single phase motor. Series 2-1/2 pumps are reliable, in-line booster pumps intended to pump potable, domestic water from hot water heater tanks to areas such as bathrooms and kitchens or non-potable water through closed loop systems for heating and cooling. They feature a three-piece design, which includes a motor, bearing assembly, and volute. Since the bearings, shaft and seal are all housed within the bearing assembly, Series 2-1/2 pumps are easily serviceable in the field. Resilient motor mounting combined with spring-loaded couplers means the pump runs quietly. A tube of oil, flange gaskets, flanges, and mounting hardware are included. Show more
