The BH-122-A-63, part of Kollmorgen’s respected GOLDLINE series, is a high-performance servo motor. This UL recognized and CE compliant motor features neodymium iron boron magnets, known for their high energy and efficiency. With class H insulation, the unit is designed to withstand temperatures of up to 180 degrees Celsius, and an integrated thermostat monitors motor temperature, providing overheat protection. The unique thermal design of the BH-122-A-63 ensures consistent torque across its range, with the ability to generate continuous torque of 0.70 Nm and a peak stall torque of 2.4 Nm. Despite its compact size, the motor is well-suited for high inertia and load applications, thanks to its high energy density and excellent torque to volume ratio. Additionally, powered by a 400-480V supply, the low cogging of the internal permanent magnet design contributes to precise positioning, ensuring minimal error. A rear shaft extension option allows for additional device feedback integration.
