The taste is full-bodied, rich and structured, with a very long finish.Ageing/Vinification: 2 months of maceration on the skins (alcoholic and malolactic fermentation) in large Slavonian oak with natural yeasts. One year refining in tonneaux and barrique, 24 months ageing in large oak barrels and refined in stainless steel vat. Unfiltered.Vineyard: 45 year old vines in Oslavia, Gorizia. 180m above sea level with north-east and south exposure.
