Nertz is a fast-paced, multiplayer card game that combines elements of Solitaire and Speed. Each player uses their own deck of 52 cards, aiming to be the first to clear their 13-ca rd "Nertz" pile by playing cards onto shared foundation piles in ascending order, starting with Aces. Players also build descending sequences in alternating colors in their personal work areas. The game is played in real time, with no turns, making it a chaotic race to get rid of cards before opponents. The round ends when a player calls "Nertz!"
