Huset har 1" mässingsanslutningar och är kompatibelt med de flesta standard BIG BLUE-patroner, vilket gör det enkelt att anpassa reningen efter behov – från grov sedimentavskiljning till finfiltrering och smak-/luktförbättring. Produktbeskrivning Filterhuset består av ett robust blått huvud med 1" in- och utgångar i mässing samt en transparent sump som gör det enkelt att visuellt kontrollera patronens skick och nedsmutsningsgrad. Genom att välja lämplig BIG BLUE-patron – exempelvis sedimentfilter, kolblock eller aktivt kol i granulat – kan systemet anpassas för både hushållsinstallationer, akvarier och förfiltrering före osmos. Den extra stora diametern (4,5") ger låg tryckförlust och högt flöde, vilket gör huset väl lämpat som centralfilter på inkommande vattenledning eller i andra applikationer med hög vattenförbrukning.
