P rogram Focus: This program contains BOTH weighted and calisthenics movements. You will be doing, for the majority, 3 sets of each workout, which is the ideal range to stimulate the muscle while maintaining functionality. Focus on using weights that are challenging enough so that you are staying closer to the lower end of the rep range. This gives you room to grow.
