This artifact has been identified to be made of Argentium 940, an alloy created in the early 21st century. It was first discovered in the time capsule, found in CONTAINER 01. The o bject seems to have some form of intelligence and reportedly "speaks" to the wearer in a language that is transmitted through frequency.
